We are e-mailing meeting notices to all members of the section for whom we have email addresses approximately a week to 10 days prior to meetings. If we do not have an email address for you we will send you a printed notice via the US Postal Service.
We use the email address that is in the ACS roster. If you wish to have us use any other address please let us know and you might also want to change your email address in your ACS profile. If you are still receiving a printed notice and want to switch to an email notice please let us know that and give us your email address.

Send all email address changes to firstname.lastname@example.org giving your name and the e-mail address you would like to have us use.
